For immigrants often earning less than minimum wage, this cost creates a significant barrier to accessing reliable legal guidance.
At the Free Legal Clinic, our mission is to eliminate this barrier and provide access to bilingual legal advice. Since 2011, Pesek Law has been offering hundreds of free consultations annually to Spanish speakers in South Omaha. This vital service is made possible thanks to a dedicated team of volunteer attorneys.
